Lead Landscape Installation Technician

Year-round (weather permitting)

We’re looking for an experienced install lead to run our crew on xeriscape conversions, native gardens, stonework, and irrigation. We offer year-round work, training, flexible scheduling, and a fun team culture with room to grow.

3+ years on a landscape or construction crew

Able to work hard in all weather conditions

Can safely run a truck, trailer, compact track loader, and other heavy crew equipment

Valid license, clean record, positive attitude

Up to 40 hrs/week | $24-28/hr DOE

Landscape Installers

Year-round (weather permitting)

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on landscape install tech to join our crew working on xeriscape conversions, native gardens, stonework, and irrigation. We offer flexible scheduling, a fun team culture, and room to grow with the company.

1+ year on a landscape crew preferred

Able to work hard in all weather conditions

General horticultural and landscape knowledge required

Reliable transportation and a positive attitude

30–40+ hrs/week | $20+/hr DOE

Planting

Apprentice Gardeners

March – November

We’re looking for motivated apprentices to work on the gardening team. On-the-job training, mentorship, seasonal field trips, and introductions to landscape design principles are all part of the deal.

Passion for plants and outdoors

Hard worker and team player

Potential for winter hours

1+ years outdoor work experience preferred

24–40 hrs/week | $18/hr DOE
